High and Dry Bluegrass Festival provides all who attend a weekend immersed in Bluegrass music for only $15.00. There is no charge for children 12 years old and under. Tent and RV campsites are available at just $10.00 for the weekend. Bands from all over the Northwest perform all three days. Workshops for beginner and intermediate players are provided for the main bluegrass instruments. Great jams at all levels happen throughout the weekend.

High and Dry Bluegrass Festival is a 501c3 non-profit with a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers from the Central Oregon Bluegrass Community. The board plans and manages the festival. Many other Central Oregon bluegrassers volunteer to do everything from setting up the site, attending the admission gate, directing traffic, stage managing to scrambling eggs for the festival’s Sing-For-Your-Breakfast on Sunday morning. Folks from all over Central Oregon and beyond come and enjoy three days of foot-stomping bluegrass music. Now in its fifth year, High and Dry has become a highly anticipated Central Oregon tradition.
